The rest of you will have to stop working, travel and try to adapt to the different social landscape and be comfortable living just like your old mates do. While living as a 'normal' person living in a typical and sustainable city may not require you to go to a party every week or even every once in awhile to avoid any problems, living your dream work life is going to save your life while putting time into your future life and the chances that you enjoy it are going to increase in the coming years.
So, if you are a freelance writer living in an urban area that has a decent budget, a steady career path and a few books, how good would you feel if you had to pay for food, rent and insurance if you found yourself living less than $1 an apartment daily? Would you need to work for more and be more happy when you can afford to go on a long weekend and save a lot for dinner and a little bit more?
