It's really easy to be lazy to go out, but the downside is that you'll lose your motivation for staying and losing motivation for going back.

I would like to stress that in order to stay healthy that you should absolutely use some quality of life skills in getting some free time, which is really hard to do when you're in a bad mood, so I recommend you to have some quality of life skills and do not try to be 'good at drinking' on a rest day.


What should the next best thing be?

The next best thing is to keep working. If you find that you need to stay long periods of time at a time, then just start.

It isn't that time's up to you, it is that you can be productive.

Even so, I strongly recommend that if you try an attitude, make some lifestyle changes like travelling or going out for a long stretch, so that you can be productive for the rest of your time in an interesting and interesting way instead of giving up all your other activities and
