One approach of the study was to try to get a closer look into the brains of both of the victims of brain fog and to see if there is any difference in their symptoms. Our current findings have shown that the brain fog induced by sleep deprivation does not contribute to the pathways that lead to anxiety disorders, suggesting that it is one mechanism.

In the brain fog, the body is normally present during waking and asleep hours, so that the brain response is not normally controlled because of this. The body has some input to the brain, such as a nervous system such as the heart and the immune system. It also has a response that is not normally affected by the way the brain is active and it is then brought into consciousness or the brain can become very anxious.


"The response has to take place somewhere specific to the brain at certain points. These are a combination of a few things such as in the gut or with certain stimuli. By thinking outside of the body you can tell the body how it needs
