The fact that most of us don't have any idea of when we may have been diagnosed, or before it's too late, is what makes these fears real, and what we need to fight for in order to overcome them.

When you look at the impact these fears have on people's lives, the reality is far from grim. In Australia's most dangerous cities, our high suicide rates are now the same for all ages, with a rise in recent years.

When you find yourself in a place we recognise as a place where risk is high, you need to take measures to avoid them so that you don't become dangerously unsafe.

While research has shown many of the many factors that we don't get enough information about can impact our mental health, it is important to remember that mental health issues are much bigger than an individual's physical health.

It's up to us to fight for change and fight your own fear

There are a lot of different avenues to help people overcome their fear, but the first must be to think hard about their reasons for believing that there are important reasons behind their fears - like safety, and the sense it leaves them frustrated to cope and depressed.

Many can't cope fully with their own fear, so there is no easy remedy to deal with it - but if you can develop a plan
